Buffalo Chicken Nachos

500 ml diced cooked chicken [or turkey]
125 ml Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper
Sauce or Frank's RedHot® Xtra Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
225 g 1 pkg. tortilla chips
500 ml shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese

Preparation Method

  • TOSS chicken with Frank's RedHot® Sauce.
  • LAYER chicken mixture with chips and cheese in baking
    dish or on pizza pan.
  • BAKE at 350°F (180°C) until hot and cheese melts.

Notes

  • Add 25 ml of the following to nachos along
    with chicken: chopped bell peppers, sliced green onion,
    sliced black peppers or diced jalapeno peppers.
