Frank's RedHot® Honey Glazed Nuts

Yield: 4 cups
525 g assorted nuts
75 ml Frank's RedHot®
75 ml honey [or brown sugar]
coarse salt

Preparation Method

  • PREHEAT oven to 150°C.
  • COMBINE RedHot and honey. Add nuts and toss until evenly
    coated. Arrange on lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt.
  • BAKE 25 to 30 minutes, stirring twice, until deep golden and glaze
    is very thick and sticky. Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet then
    transfer to a bowl. Stir occasionally until completely cool.
    Nuts will be sticky, but will harden as they cool.

Notes

  • If nuts are sticky after cooling, return to oven for 5 minutes.
