Buffalo Chicken Wings

1.25 kgs chicken wing pieces
125 ml Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne
Pepper Sauce
75 ml butter, melted

Preparation Method

  • BAKE wings in foil-lined pan at 230 °C for 30 min. until
    crispy, turning once.
  • COMBINE Frank's RedHot® Sauce and butter in bowl.
  • TOSS wings in sauce to coat completely. Serve with
    blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.

Notes

  • Tip: You may substitute 175 ml Frank's RedHot® 
    Buffalo Wings Sauce for the Original mixed with butter.
    Alternate Cooking Directions: Deep-fry at 190°C for 12 min.
  • Broil 15 cm from heat 15 to 20 min., turning once. Grill
    over medium heat 20 to 25 min., turning often.
