90 ml French's® Classic Yellow® Mustard
90 ml Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
or Frank's RedHot® Xtra Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
125 ml Honey
1.5 kgs chicken wings, split and tips discarded

Preparation Method

  • MIX mustard, Frank's RedHot® Sauce and honey; set aside
  • BAKE wings in foil-lined pan at 450°F (230°C) on lowest oven
    rack for 20 to 25 min. until crispy, turning once.
  • TOSS wings in ½ cup (125 ml) sauce. Serve remaining sauce
    for dipping.  

Notes

  • Try Frank's RedHot® Chile & Lime™ Hot Sauce for a little
    twist. Alternate Cooking Directions: Deep-fry wings at 375°F
    (190°C) for 10 min.. Broil 6-inches (15 cm) from heat about
    20 min., turning once. Grill over medium heat 20 to 25 min.,
    turning often.
